This pie filling is perfect for a 9” fruit pie bursting with sweet strawberries and bright rhubarb flavor. We also love using it in fruit crumble tarts, as a delicious ice cream topping, and as an accompaniment for breakfast crepes, cheesecakes, muffins, and scones.
