This custom-made, clay baking bowl perfectly bakes your favorite breads into a beautiful round loaf. Porous clay traps steam while bread is baking for an extra crispy crust. Great for any type of dough, even wet doughs such as sourdough, rye, and pre-ferments.

• 2¾″ x 8" (10¼″ with handles)
• Bakes a 1½ pound loaf
• Made in the USA
• Coat the inside of your pan with neutral oil before each use; a nice patina will develop over time. Additionally, sprinkle a thin layer of cornmeal or semolina into the bottom of the oiled pan to prevent sticking.
• Oven-safe up to 450°F; OK to place room temperature pan into preheated oven.
