Tangy and slightly sweet, our candied lemon peel is made from real fruit and adds a wonderful burst of bright citrus flavor.

Small dice makes it easy to add to everything from holiday sweet breads to muffins and scones. Pieces soften while baking, perfuming your baked goods with luscious lemon flavor. For softer pieces, cover with rum, brandy, apple juice, or cranberry juice and soak overnight. Or if you’re in a hurry, microwave the fruit and liquid for 1 minute, until steaming, cover, and let rest 1 hour. Add to batter with other add-ins either drained or with liquid, according to your recipe.
