Stronger than almond extract, this emulsion's flavor doesn't decrease during baking, resulting in a more robust flavor that lasts longer — delicious cookies for days! You can even use it as an almond extract substitute. Use in any recipe calling for almond extract in a 1:1 ratio. Try it in sugar cookies, Almond Cloud Cookies, and Vanilla Cake Pan Cake.
