Our perfect Pasta Flour Blend combines the strength of durum flour, the golden color of semolina, and the flexibility of all-purpose flour, making it the ideal base for any pasta recipe, from linguine to lasagna. Use for any pasta recipe, but you may need to add an extra tablespoon or two of water or use the recipe on the back of the bag. It's worth the extra effort: homemade pasta has a toothsome chew and a deeper, fresher flavor. Pair spaghetti with pesto and ricotta or pappardelle with a rich beef Bolognese – now, every night can be pasta night. Fresh pasta cooks in a flash, making weeknight dinners even easier. Shape batches of pasta dough ahead of time and freeze them – add an extra quart of boiling water to the pot when you cook frozen pasta, so the temperature doesn't drop.
