Ideal for sugar cookie decorating, this mix can be made as a thin glaze, beaten longer to make a stiff white icing (perfect for raised decorating and assembling the walls of a gingerbread house), or made into a light and fluffy cupcake or cake frosting. Great to have around; a time-saver and multi-tasker, too.
