White whole wheat, barley, pumpernickel, sorghum, oat, millet, amaranth, teff, and quinoa flour combine to add a rich, nutty flavor to your breads and rolls, along with the nutritional benefits of whole grains. High-gluten flour gives loaves a strong, high rise and excellent chew.

Use the recipe on the bag and you'll have homemade bread before you know it. Or substitute up to 25% of the flour in your recipe, adjusting the liquid by 1 or 2 tablespoons if necessary.
